What size cake do I need?
Being a big fan of cake means that large serves are good but the size of cake you order is totally up to you. If you aren’t sure just specify the number of guests (or mouths to put cake into!) and if the cake will be for dessert or with coffee - there are usually a few options in regards to shapes and sizes.
If a venue will be serving your cake, there is usually a standard size which is approximately 2.5 x 5 x 9cm high for a dessert slice and half the size for a coffee slice.
The table gives you an idea on how many serves you will get out of each size.
